Questions before you launch
Straight answers.
The things you should know before turning your concept into your new website.
No fine-print maze.
Is the website concept really free?
Yes. For selected businesses that are a good fit, we create a private concept so you can see our direction before deciding. There’s no obligation to use it.
What if I don’t like the concept?
You don’t have to buy it. The whole point is to see the work before making a commitment.
What happens after I decide to buy?
You complete a simple revision form with corrected information, preferred photos, wording, or service details. We apply one complete polish round, send the final site for approval, then connect your domain and launch.
How quickly will I receive my concept?
We shoot to have your concept ready within 48 hours. If we need more information, we may reach out with a question or two.
How many pages are included?
The plan includes one complete scrolling website with up to six focused sections—enough for most local businesses without asking you to invent content for five thin pages. Additional standard pages are $99 each.
What can I change before launch?
Your launch revision can update photos, business information, services, and wording within the approved concept. A new visual direction or full redesign isn’t part of that round.
What updates are included after launch?
Up to three small text or image changes each month, such as a phone number, hours, service wording, or replacing a photo.
What if I need something larger?
Your plan includes up to three small monthly edits. Beyond that, one-time add-ons are clearly priced: three additional edits are $29, a new section or gallery is $49, and a standard page is $99. Advanced forms and integrations start at $149; major custom work is always quoted first.
Can I use my existing domain?
Yes. Your domain remains yours, and we connect it when the new website is ready. Your domain registration and renewal stay separate from the website plan.
Is there an agreement?
Yes. The website plan is $99 per month with an initial 12-month agreement.
